Happy Birthday dear David and "Hello" to Jane. Hope your are well.
All's well with us in ABQ, NM.

1986 Herbie and I provided a temporary refuge for Jim and Sgt. McCall while Mrs. (Lena,sp) McCall was hospitalized at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. Back then we visited parents of our friends who had been medivaced to the hospital. We lived near the hospital and we were honored to visit their loved ones. My heart aches at the thought that Jim is no longer here on earth. He was always kind to my mother whenever he saw her, usually at Walmart. He gave the best "bear hugs." We are praying for his family and send our love.

Hello. I was looking at seeing many of you at our 50th. Thought it would be the end of July. Usually the last Saturday which would be the 27th. Please let me know. I won't be able to make September.

Hi Marie, so nice to know that you live in Colorado. I live up north in a small but growing quickly, rural town. Johnstown has become my American home town. It's nice to feel I finally belong in a place in the States. Germany is where I was born and since my mother was German my ties were there. I'm working on a memoir about being
bi-racial and bi-cultural. I thinking you can probably identify.
I haven't been on the site in so long I just now saw your comment. Life for me has been exceptionally busy this year and I find that time is flying faster in many ways. How are things with you?

Are you still living in Colorado? I live in Colorado.
