I visited with Carol before she was shot and killed by her ex-boyfriend. I was on my way to Kansas City and dropped into the bar she was working at and she told me how he threatened to kill her. I told her then to pack up and leave. He killed her and then shot himself! What a waste. Carol was a fine lady!
